Exchange Room Calendar Permissions

How to provide more visibility to Exchange room calendars rather than just free/busy.
By default the room calendars / resouces only provide basic free/busy visibility. Sometimes you might want to provide more info than that e.g. subject, user etc. To do this log into ECP, provide a user full access to the calendar, then inside outlook for that user change the permissions
Open ECP, click recipients -> resouces -> the room you wish to change -> Add full access
Change the default permissions, click OK and now users should have access to the permission level you set.
